The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. I had a call back with an appointment within 10 minutes for later that day. The doctor listened and I felt understood and supported. I would highly recommend this practice.

Its hard to say because since the pandemic you have to speak to reception 1st then you have to wait for a doctor to call you back whereby before you could book an appointment online

I wished to move a private prescription to the NHS and completed a simple form on the practise website. The following day a Dr called me, walked through my request, checked he had the information required and made sure I was informed about the medication. Very helpful and thorough.

Had an appointment last week,got the appointment quickly and our GP is great.Considerate and very helpful.Thankyou.The new reception staff are settling in and doing a good job too.Thankyou.

Came here on Tuesday to see a GP. Very helpful, referred me on to the correct services and provided great advice. Reception team helpful when booking appointment.

I had an appointment but it was cancelled but they still saw me and gave me great advice with my treatment so I felt more confident to deal with on going health problems.

I’ve been with the practice for 20 years and I can only say it has gone downhill and where you think it stops it only gets worse, I’ve even had the receptionist speak to me horrible and try to give advice on my medication “you’ve had enough for this month” she had said. I’ve had the pharmacist send me back and fourth physically and mentally only for them to ask me to call an emergency help like for medication that has been prescribed to me for more than 20 years. So in all honesty I would only recommend this practice if you want to get sick if that’s the case by all means sign up.
