I was initially nervous about my visit at the New Surgery, Tring. The nurse my appointment was with was incredibly kind, patient, professional and friendly. She made me feel completely relaxed and informed at all times. I completed a feedback form before I left the surgery. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you again.

Reception staff are all very efficient helpful and compassionate . In my experience the surgery is well run and organised. The doctor I have just seen was excellent. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

Triage receptionist asked right questions, was reassuring and put it through well for my child to get an appointment within 2 hours. Doctor was excellent as always - caring, kind, spoke to my daughter to reassure her and provided excellent care. We’re lucky having a well-run practice. Thank you.

I have visited the surgeries many times over the last three months and have been continually impressed by the the whole service from the provision of appts, triage, examination, pastoral care and kindness. I am so grateful to receive this ongoing support since discovering I was unwell. I am thankful for the speed at which I have been seen and referred. The ongoing post operative Support is fantastic enabling me to receive care locally, sometimes at fairly short notice. Thank you for everything you do across the sites.

I wish to commend the phlebotomy nurse at the New Surgery on 8th July 2024. She was patient, kind and very skilful as she experienced the fact that my venous system is resistant to giving up blood. She persevered and collected the 4 phials required. Well done.

For someone who doesn't need the doctors often (last attended over1year ago|) I had an issue that needed addressing soon. It was Monday morning and 5th in phone queue. I was answered after about 5mins by a lovely lady who asked a few questions. I told her my symptoms and that I didn't need a F2F appt but probably needed a prescription and backup advice. She ask again if I was sure I didn't need a F2F as there were several practices I could go if needed. I assured her again I didn't and didn't want to waste an appt that someone else could benefit from. Whilst this conversation was happening it sounded like the lady was actually asking questions which weren't off a check list. This was very reassuring. As it meant she was listening to me the patient! once she had all the facts she asked again if I was sure about not seeing a doctor in person. Then said my request would be triaged later that day and I would be messaged back on my phone. This was fine with me. 30mins later I was messaged telling me my prescription would be ready to collect at the local pharmacy later that day and to carry on doing what I was doing in the interim. Again 30mins later the prescription showed up on my online EMIS Patient Access and shortly after that a txt from the pharmacy came through telling me the the medication was ready to collect. I was over the moon. The Pharmacy (Rooney's) were also a delight. So in all, an excellent experience Well done Rothchild House Chapel Street |:-)

On Tuesday 9th July I rang Rothschild House Surgery for advice as my pulse rate was 180. I was asked to attend surgery immediately and on arrival had ecg . It was then advised for me to be admitted to SM Hospital by ambulance. The care I received from you all was excellent and I am so very grateful . I have been with Tring surgery all my life (now 79) and cannot express how fortunate our family are . To all staff . Doctors,Triage, Nurses, pharmacy, reception , and office staff a very big thank you and our gratitude 🙏
