I wish to commend the phlebotomy nurse at the New Surgery on 8th July 2024. She was patient, kind and very skilful as she experienced the fact that my venous system is resistant to giving up blood. She persevered and collected the 4 phials required. Well done.

On Tuesday 9th July I rang Rothschild House Surgery for advice as my pulse rate was 180. I was asked to attend surgery immediately and on arrival had ecg . It was then advised for me to be admitted to SM Hospital by ambulance. The care I received from you all was excellent and I am so very grateful . I have been with Tring surgery all my life (now 79) and cannot express how fortunate our family are . To all staff . Doctors,Triage, Nurses, pharmacy, reception , and office staff a very big thank you and our gratitude 🙏

I rang this morning to request an appointment for my dad. I was really pleased to receive a call back rather than sit in a queue on the phone. The receptionist was lovely and so helpful. My dad received a call back and was subsequently given an appointment to see his GP. The Dr was wonderful with my dad and he was well looked after. I’ve been very impressed from start to finish. Thank you very much.

I would like to commend a very lovely, compassionate GP at Rothschild Surgery -Tring. To maintain anonymity, I’m unable to name her. She is patient and has a calm, reassuring nature during consultations with my sons. Despite running late to our appointments which would impact other appointments, she still saw us and took her time with them. Because of her and the kind receptionists and booking team, my experience has been positive and I’d recommend this GP surgery to others.

When I needed help recently I was seen quickly, the same day. Very caring practice. The on line form worked well and seems to have been dealt with in under an hour

I had no problem booking a face to face appointment and the Doctor was very professional and actually listened to me I had a blood test a few weeks ago and it’s the only time I had no bruises

The level of service, follow up tests and referral from my last two appointments at Rothschild House Practice has been excellent. I am very impressed with how quickly and efficiently my health concerns were dealt with and in such an understanding and reassuring manner.

Having suffered shoulder pain for a week with a holiday due shortly, I was anxious about getting some advice quickly. I decided to use the First Physio facility, my first time and got an appointment for the next day, albeit in Tring but not a problem. The physiotherapist was very thorough, able to diagnose what was wrong, advised on medication and emailed me some exercises, which is brilliant as I can do them while away. Also advised on follow up treatment, should this be necessary. I’m so reassured and feeling much happier. A brilliant service. So glad I am with this practice. Thank you.
