There is one receptionist in particular working here who has now made me register somewhere else as her appproach towards me was disrespectful and intimidating. She needs to be trained again or sacked. She is rude and has no manners.

Terrible, unprofessional receptionists, they don't have manners, rude, they ignoring you as they carry on speaking their own language, there is a language barrier as they can communicate, they can express themselves to patients, they really need a customer service skills training and they don't have patient. Doctors are constantly new, they don't seem to last too long. Definitely avoid this practice. It needs a visit from cqc asap. Practice Manager should to take action on this but he seems that he is never there
