Always manage to get an appointment. My last appointment in particular was dealt with by the most wonderful nurse. She sat and gave me so much information and really made me feel heard. She then called a few days later to follow up and again was so friendly and went above and beyond to help with treatment for my son!

Due to medication shortages I had exhausted my supply of epilepsy meds and the pharmacy could not fulfil my prescription which had been awaited for 10 days. The receptionist and Duty Dr expedited an alternative prescription which the pharmacy was able to fulfil this afternoon. Many thanks to both of them and the whole Rowden team for great customer service.

The GP practice and the doctors themselves I have no quarrel with, however this new way of getting repeat prescriptions is ridiculous. I have been trying for days. I should not have to log into multiple apps. Prescription was finally put through and approved earlier today but no way to pay or arrange delivery. Debating moving GP's.
