Tried to phone in, told I was "next in the queue", however, 40 minutes later I was still "next" in the queue so had to hang up. It was quicker to walk to the surgery. Can't contact the surgery by email anymore (which was very easy to use) because of new system which seems to be obsessed with Cookies. I would like to see same obsession with patient health care. I'm now unable to send blood pressure updates by email anymore - so what does a patient do?

  2. Review titled Excellent care and compassion during a difficult time.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Currently receiving treatment and help for bad anxiety. The Dr himself has been absolutely wonderful - very empathetic, took loads of time to really listen to me, very kind. All the Reception Staff have been incredibly reassuring and supportive. I had to change the logistics to some appointments due to my severe anxiety but they were so helpful and didn’t once make me feel like I was being an inconvenience - infact the complete opposite - they couldn’t have been more helpful. All round excellent care and treatment.

  3. Review titled Great Practice & excellent communication

I had a telephone consultation with one of the female doctors about my HRT, and she was a breath of fresh air. It was great to have a practical and caring conversation with somebody who knew their stuff whilst I am hoping I don’t have to speak to her again for sometime, I also really enjoyed our conversation and felt really good afterwards.
