Rude staff, highly unprofessional lack basic sensitivity for disabled patients. i was sent a appointment confirmation text without timing slot mentioned. when i reached the GP (i am person with disability so travelling alone is challenge) they denied to take me in saying i was late for the timings which was never mentioned to me. On top they were rude and lack empathy specially for disabled patients.

I would like to say a big thanks to all the staff who is working in our surgery. I contacted with my gp last month regarding my health issue. They treated with a prompt service,where i can see my doctor face to face.I was suffering my spinal pain.They are very friendly and very helpful. I wish all the best to my gp surgery staff.

In April and May 2024, I've been dealing with quite a scary set of health problems, and have felt well supported by a doctor at this practice. They've had a very kind and empathetic manner. They've been caring and attentive, and have listened to me and provided a nice anchor of continuity as I've worked through my symptoms and diagnostics over a number of weeks. They have provided the right level of interest, honesty and reassurance, as well as sending for various tests and referrals to try to get to the bottom of what's happening.

The out of hours doctor called me yesterday he was really good he called me regarding aariz my son 31/01/2024 his Servise was so good will higlet recommende this doctor

I was nervous to move practices when I moved home as I liked my previous one. I needn't have been concerned as Royal Docks is even better! The staff are warm and friendly, and the doctors and nurses really listen, take you seriously and advocate for your care. I've been really impressed and I'm so glad I moved.

As a patient for only 5 years this is by far and excellent practice. The doctors, nurses and staff are amazing , they answer the phones and do their best to get you seen or referred to the correct department of service. I have felt much more at ease with my Heath and confident with the information provided with regards to Heath issues and queries. The trust they install and do their uttermost for their patients. Thank you

Unfriendly staff. Very condescending. Appointments always late. Notoriously difficult to book appointments due to unfriendly process and staff and terrible website.
