Dear Patient Thank you for your review. We're really sorry you feel this way about the surgery. When the results come in to the surgery they are assigned to a clinician who will mark the results as normal, satisfactory or abnormal. Our receptionists are more than happy to let you know the result of the test but as they are not medically trained they cannot tell you what the results means. We know that waiting to speak to a clinician about results can be frustrating and cause anxiety, but you can request a physical copy of your results from our call handler who will be happy to send these out via email or letter depending on patient preference. I recently saw a GP in connection with my Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. He was kind, efficient and empathetic. Receiving treatment for the problem has been life-changing. So grateful for the care I have received, thank you.
