  1. Review titled Total rubbish

Rated 1 star out of 5

Cant get through on the phone; call back is a total joke - or genius - press for a call back - which never ever arrives. Great way to get folk off the phones. Rude staff, cant get an appointment and if yuo do its not with a doctor its with who knows what they are. Utter rubbish. Uncaring disgrace. No stars at all find a different practice

  2. Review titled amazing doctor & health care assistant

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Kelly Maloney - Posted on 20 December 2024

Firstly all the reception staff were very friendly and kept me informed when I was waiting between one appointment and the next. The doctor I saw was amazing and I had been booked for a double appointment, the doctor was amazing in every way possible, she was friendly, kind, explained everything that she was doing and going to do going forward, she did not rush as she understood i have quite a lot happening health wise and she made me feel at ease and that someone cared. This doctor is a blessing to every  patient who gets to see her. While I was at the surgery the doctor wanted me to have alot of blood tests done so she arranged with reception and the health care assistant for me to have these done while I was there to save me coming back on a different day, this was extremely helpful by all involved. I was then seen by a health care assistant who was also amazing. She was able to take my bloods 1st time without hurting me and normally even phelbotomists find it difficult to take my bloods. While I was with her she noticed I was due an annual review and that my blood pressure needed checking,so again to save me coming back a different day j-d offered to do all this while I was with her which again fantastic for me and very helpful. When she checked my blood pressure it was very high so she checked back on previous readings sent by my pharmacy from when I had a monitor attached to me for a few days and all those reading were also very high so she went and spoke to the doctor i had just seen for advice and when she came back she had a prescription for blood pressure medication for me. I was at the surgery for well over 1 hour & 30 minutes and I only spent 5 minutes of that time waiting to be called through for my appointment with the doctor then another 3-4 minutes waiting to see the health care assistant afterwards. So in total i spent around 1 hour & 20 minutes actually with the doctor or the health care assistant actually being treated and examined, which just shows how thorough and kind they both are. Between the reception staff, the doctor & the health care assistant they all worked as a team to ensure I was well looked after and everything that needed to be done was done, this gave me peace of mind that everything that needs to be done is now being done and i am in the right hands and that with their support I will in-time get better. Thankyou so much you are all fantastic and an absolutely amazing team. Many thanks Kelly Maloney

  3. Review titled Inkersall Practice- an excellent team

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Jill Brooks - Posted on 28 May 2023

Over the past few months, I have had a range of problems culminating in a hip replacement early May. From the receptionist to doctors, everyone does their best to give you the best possible care. Call handlers are pleasant, clear in what they ask and always try to find that vital appointment. Yes, you often have to queue at reception, but receptionists smile, make eye contact and are really thorough in dealing with your problems. Therefore the queue. Doctors listen, involve patients in their route to diagnosis and often tell you what the next steps might be if this diagnosis doesn't solve the problem. Special mention of the practice nurse who took my clips out. Ouch! I am tired of hearing the negatives about our doctors. I cant praise them enough.

For a healthcare system that promotes being healthy and wellbeing, they have no where for cyclist to park up. Had to park up at morrisons and walk around. Ridiculous

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. Some of our surgeries do have bike racks but unfortunately as you've stated we don't currently have one at our Rectory Road surgery. We will however take your comment onboard for consideration. Kind Regards, Royal Primary Care
