Myself & my family have been registered with this practice for a year now & have found the staff to always be extremely helpful. When my children really need an appointment we are always able to get one. I recently requested my family’s vaccination details via email in the evening and received all of the information by the next morning. Would recommend this GP practice.

Appointment today at the surgery I’ve been waiting for one hour and 15mins to have an ECG but I had to go in the end as I felt receptionist not very helpful, very unhappy with the service.

This surgery has been exceptional and having mental health difficulties and special needs child they have been understanding and always listened and been professional. The reception staff are amazing and so friendly and take time to listen and not judge. The gps have been amazing and take time to listen and try to resolve any issues and refer very quickly. Being an ex professional I am very happy with their service.

Having been rejected from Buntingford practice following my move to Royston April23, with friends poor experience of Granta, I chose Roysia. I have no regrets. Reception staff are attentive, welcoming and extremely helpful. Likewise very happy experiences with nurses and doctors. Thank you for (seemingly) bucking the current trend of unhappy GP practices. I hope that you will continue to uphold your current ethos. And, thank you again.

Much improved service, friendly and efficient staff really nice to have continuity of Doctors now and also great to have the option of face to face appointments if available. I feel much happier using this surgery now

I phoned for an appointment on what could be a serious illness told nothing till following week and would only be a phone call. I phone the next day spoke to different person about the problem and got In Straight away I don’t see how a receptionists can make that call on someone’s health. As it was I now have been referred to the hospital for investigation and the doctor I saw couldn’t have been more helpful and caring

I was unsure how the take over of a different company would affect the practice, but when I needed a appointment I got one fairly quickly and was very happy with how I was treated, the doctor who I hadn't seen before was very thorough

Receptionist helpful and polite, had a call back from gp same day. The dr listened to my problems and the followed to explain clearly what medication he thought would help, he also explained any side effects I might have and what to do if I had any. He asked if I was happy with the consultation and arranged for a follow up medication review. I came away from the phone call happy and felt I was really listened too.
