I needed some advice and the doctor I saw gave me time and expert advice to help me make an informed decision on my medical needs. She sent me further information and also to have my bloods done the following week. The nurse that did my bloods was a positive thoughtful and energising member of the team who provided expert care from both a professional and personal perspective. I cannot fault the service I received. I am so grateful for the patience and support I was provided with.

Having been a resident in the Englefield Green area for over 20 years I would just like to say a huge thank you for the tremendous service provided by the practice. I don't often visit the surgery, but have recently had to on a couple of occasions due to long Covid 19 related complications and also an injury sustained to my inner ear. Yes I did need to wait for my call to be answered (understandable due to the high number of calls the staff are taking each day), but when the calls were answered I was quickly dealt with and given an appointment time to see a GP within a few days due to the nature of the concerns. My GP experience was good, the consultations thorough and a clear diagnosis provided. I was given a referal on the spot and prescriptions provided - all round a very positive experience. As a local resident over two decades the practice has provided invaluable support to me and my family at difficult times and we are increadibly grateful. It's often easy to overlook the fact that numbers of patients have greatly increased over the years due to the growing number of residents (and local students) to the area, but the practice & staff have always maintained an incredibly high standard against a tough backdrop of tight NHS budgets & resources. You are an invaluable asset to the community and provide an outstanding service. Thank you
