  3. Review titled Brilliant Surgery, Very Understanding

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Have Aspergers Syndrome and Dyspraxia with significant long standing mental health conditions, and feel that reception staff are supportive and try there best under high pressure at times to try and see things from the eyes of a vulnerable patient who is experiencing chronic pain and feels frustrated and scared for the future dealing with using interpersonal skills and emphatic nature. I feel that the surgery is a excellent example of how vulnerable patients can be managed in the community and operates a face to face consultation as first port of call unless asked for telephone or sometimes that doesn't require detailed examinations or to see patients which is a significant improvement as some surgery's are apparently doing the opposite. I feel that there should be better care and treatment offered locally in terms of access support locally at GP surgery for more complex and severe common mental health conditions and life long mental health conditions along with extended regular appointments for patients who require frequent monitoring and clinical support to keep there care in the community and out of hospital, overall very well done.

  4. Review titled Brilliant Medical Practice

Excellent supportive caring team of clinical staff the medical practitioners along with telephone support and reception staff aim to provide prompt effective treatment taking into account my complex and extensive medical history and never cause any upset or distress being understanding towards my mental health and developmental disabilities. The practice shows that smaller teams of practitioners can be better for complex and vulnerable patient well done and really feel pleased to be part of this practice keep up the good work. I would nominate both GP partners for awards for understanding to patient with Autism and long standing mental health having extra time to explain and get prescription authorised along with care towards my severe anxiety and family circumstances.

I have always been looked after well by the Saddler’s Health Centre for many years. The staff are all kind and compassionate, the doctors takes time to listen most of the time and doesn’t seem to show stress and rush.

  8. Review titled Good and Bad

Rated 3 stars out of 5

    by Alison N - Posted on 31 January 2024

My Dr is amazing I have been with Saddlers 20 yrs now both kids born here. He is very caring, very patient & understanding. Other Dr is also very sweet and kind. Both are very sensitive and listen to you, they don't rush you and always have time to explain or answer questions. Over the years we have seen a few receptionist come & go and the rude, inconsiderate behaviour of one particular staff made us think about leaving. We didn't leave in yhe end, having spoken to the Dr, who reassured us it would not happen again and I was to ask to speak yo him personally. They have a very hard job to do, often under a lot of stress and pressure but still find time to deal with our health. These 2 Dr's are absolutely brilliant. I haven't had to visit for some time but getting an appointment is very difficult, have to ring at 8am & if you're late the reception staff get rude about it. Yet, you can wait 10-15 mins while reception hlld you up but thats OK with them. You have to deal with the bad to get past them to the Good. God bless our dear Doctors. 😀
