Been callling since Monday today is Friday . And it’s every single time I am trying to make an appointment. She has a disgusting attitude. Had an appointment yesterday, the nurse was so helpful and friendly. Although she was running behind her appointments, I never felt rushed.

Got same day appointment and follow up the next day. Practice nurses are great and give professional service as do the GPs.

Been suffering with mental health issues for a while and I called up explaining what happend and asked to be put on anti depressants, they booked me in for an appointment and then a second appointment and I soon got a prescription for my anti depressants. It took less than a month and was straight forward.

  9. Review titled Brilliant Surgery, Very Understanding

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mr A Rowland - Posted on 20 January 2024

Have Aspergers Syndrome and Dyspraxia with significant long standing mental health conditions, and feel that reception staff are supportive and try there best under high pressure at times to try and see things from the eyes of a vulnerable patient who is experiencing chronic pain and feels frustrated and scared for the future dealing with using interpersonal skills and emphatic nature. I feel that the surgery is a excellent example of how vulnerable patients can be managed in the community and operates a face to face consultation as first port of call unless asked for telephone or sometimes that doesn't require detailed examinations or to see patients which is a significant improvement as some surgery's are apparently doing the opposite. I feel that there should be better care and treatment offered locally in terms of access support locally at GP surgery for more complex and severe common mental health conditions and life long mental health conditions along with extended regular appointments for patients who require frequent monitoring and clinical support to keep there care in the community and out of hospital, overall very well done.

  10. Review titled Brilliant Medical Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Excellent supportive caring team of clinical staff the medical practitioners along with telephone support and reception staff aim to provide prompt effective treatment taking into account my complex and extensive medical history and never cause any upset or distress being understanding towards my mental health and developmental disabilities. The practice shows that smaller teams of practitioners can be better for complex and vulnerable patient well done and really feel pleased to be part of this practice keep up the good work. I would nominate both GP partners for awards for understanding to patient with Autism and long standing mental health having extra time to explain and get prescription authorised along with care towards my severe anxiety and family circumstances.
