Well mannered helpful doctors an nurses always say hello when I go willing to chat on all problems have a good relationship with staff .

You can hardly ever get an appointment,you have to ring every morning at 8 to see if anything is available but you can't keep your day free everyday you ring to try when you work it makes it difficult,this wasn't the case before you could ring and get an appointment

I have been with this surgery since they opened, I would not go anywhere else now. Both Doctor's are very good and the receptionists are lovely.

Had blood tests done yesterday by practice nurse even though I was only there for copd review but not well and results next day and prescription off doctor thankyou

Always helpful and kind. Easy to talk to and easy to make contact with. Phone is always answered within a few rings. The surgery is informative and makes things clear by explaining well.

Had 3 different appointments for nurse within week but nurse kindly did two together saving my time. She explained everything appropriately and what she would do- very helpful

Received no help at all with long COVID. Said me to ask long COVID clinic. long COVID clinic said to ask your GP. 10 mins telephone consultation finished with in 1-2 mins. When you ring for appointments they always don't have.
