Lovely GP practice, friendly and helpful, all staff show great empathy and understanding. I would recommend the practice to anyone looking for a family doctor

Hi there I really like saddlers health centre they are a very good practice and also very helpful the staff is always very polite they go above and beyond to help you in your needs so very highly recommended for those who are looking for a good GP Practice

Two consultations/reviews had been arranged for my mother via text messages, with the newly assigned paramedic, to the surgery. The dates and times booked according to their availability. On both occasions I had to ensure I was with my mother, to undertake the consultations/reviews. Unfortunately I did not receive a call on either occasion, which is frustrating to say the least. My mother is housebound and both reviews (her annual health review and frailty review), are very important in terms of her ongoing health issues at the moment and more so because she is unable to attend the surgery to be seen by a health practitioner. Going forward it would be most helpful and considerate for any future arranged consultations/reviews to be followed through and undertaken with the patient.

Although it is sometimes difficult to get through on the phone, I always receive a caring and patient service from all members of staff. Everyone does their best to help with whatever situation I am in. No matter how busy staff are they are always pleasant and friendly.

I was warmly received at the reception and after which I was asked to wait for a while for my assessment.Pleasanteries were exchanged and my Blood pressure was taken and blood samples taken with my consent.communication was effective .I was asked to. Come on the 4th of August for my smear test.
