Review titled Perfect practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had a great experience with my GP. I called the GP about some pains i was experiencing in my arm, and i was booked to see the doctor after which i was booked for a blood test. I went in for the test and in 2 days time i was called by d doctor to share the results with me. The test came in very fast and i got to know the cause of my pain. Am very glad the result came in earlier than one week i was told it will be out.

Review titled not satisfied
Rated 4 stars out of 5

In my recollection this my 4th time to visit my GP surgery for 23 yrs in UK. The GP attended my previous visit I’m satisfied the treatment I have recieved, yesterday when i attended my appointment I am concerned of my skin changes to my left lower leg without even examined my skin she told me its a scab from injury. I knew i never had injury or bump my left lower leg .I have noticed my extremities i have increasing pigmentation of my skin/ melasma in my left lower leg skin pigmentation it was only light brown a month ago i have noticed it has gone darker and elevated thats is why i sought consultation, I suggest if she can refer mo to derma , she gave me a piece of paper and gave it to the reception. I was seen by acp yesterday , aside from me and acp i think 2 people inside the clinic a medical student, she should ask me first if it is ok for me with the other people around during my consultation which i never experience before.

Review titled Irritable receptionist
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Barry King - Posted on 10 May 2024
The blood test was fine. The receptionist was not. I am not telepathic. When a new screen is put on the back wall of reception people don't notice it straight away - in fact they tend to go straight to the desk where the receptionist is sitting, especially if that's what they have always done in all previous visits. Your receptionist needs to understand this & be a bit less irritable with older people who walk up to the reception desk first. 5/5 for the medical staff there. 0/5 for the receptionist - I decided to leave a bad review of this person because I'm polite - but don't be surprised if someone in the future gets annoyed & tells that person what they think of their lousy service!

Review titled A friendly reception
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I went for a scan, and i was well attended to right on time. I was nicely welcomed and directed. The lady assisting engaged my kids while I was been attended to and this made me happy as she tried her best not to make the baby cry till she slept off.
