New patient, been twice this month onw for a new patient check and the aecond for travel vaccines. Both times were efficient and recieved great medical care, definitely recommended.

Had a telecon call with my doctor. Discussed symptoms I had and prescription was electronically sent to my chemist and tablets picked up within three hours

My telephone consultation was easy and productive. The Dr I spoke to was pleasant and professional. My only issue was getting it booked in the first place. I rang at 8am and when I got through at 8.20 all appointments had gone.

Unfortunately for emergency appointment we do request the patients walk in at 8am or telephone the surgery, we do however have routine appointments available through our on line accrex service accessible through our website, pre-bookable appointment up to 6 weeks in advance via the NHS app. Kind Regards

I was given same day urgent appointment to see the GP face to face . I was seen by a female GP she was very professional and listened to my concerns and gave me correct medication for my condition .

well prepared, I received respect, I received answers to all my questions, very good treatment, the staff at the registry office were very kind, understanding doctors, exemplary cleanliness, equipped offices, I did tests and it was explained to me what to do, I received drug treatment with positive effects, thank you all for the efficiency and quality of the services

I was anxious to change my GP practice, after 40 years with the same health centre. I had nothing to worry about. Lovely practice, had my new patient assessment, the practitioner was lovely and very thorough . Couldn’t find a fault and that’s from a new patient who worked as a nurse for over 30 years and now retired.

I can not remember when I last seen my doctor I’m always seeing another form of doctor that isn’t a qualified physician I arrived on time for my appointment but I waited over 30 mins to be seen this left a domino effect with my other commitments for that day When I’m seen I just feel rushed.

Dear patient thank you for taking the time to complete this on line review. I am sorry that our service has not met your expectations at this time. All patients are able to request which clinician they want to be seen by, although this is not always possible we do try our upmost to meet individual patients needs. I can assure you that all locum clinician's we arrange for cover in our surgery are all qualified. I can understand the frustrations when unfortunately our clinic's run over and apologies for this inconvenience. If you do wish to discuss this further, please contact the surgery to speak to the practice manager.
