Doctor took the time to explain reasons for me being prescribed particular medication. Left feeling very reassured.

  2. Review titled Great Practice.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Iboi Osaro - Posted on 06 March 2025

The doctor was really professional, she was down to earth and made me understand all that I needed to do. She equally saved my life by informing me about my test and asking me to visit E&A hospital immediately. I am very happy I did because if I had stayed longer, it would have gone bad.

From reception to seeing Doctor is an easy process at this surgery. Reception is welcoming and polite. Doctor( victoria ) listens to what I am saying and I find her to be thorough. A good experience. I found the whole experience was focused on my well being

  4. Review titled Poor practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

Very difficult to get a face to face consultation with GP. Telephone consultation extremely poor with no idea of ongoing treatment, then unable to hear me and told me to book face to face appointment. Going round in circles - avoid.

  6. Review titled Worst doctor

Rated 2 stars out of 5

The doctors don't reply about your concern. I was asking for a blood test for cholesterol and then I told him about the pain in my lower tummy, and I was told that about the pain I have to call again reception and get another separate appointment for it. Is that normal? I was there talking to him, why he asked ma another appointment? I thought I need to change my GP. I am not happy at all. Could you please let me know how to change my doctor. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience. It is indeed frustrating when you feel your concerns are not adequately addressed. Sometimes, GPs need separate appointments to give each issue the attention it deserves. Here is some context regarding GP appointments. GPs are allocated 10 minutes per appointment. Within this time, they need to take your medical history, discuss findings, issue prescriptions and forms, make referrals, and document everything. This can be quite time-consuming. GPs will need separate appointments to give each issue the attention it deserves. To ensure fairness, we strive to be equitable with all our patients. Addressing multiple issues in a single appointment can also impact the waiting times for other patients. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. In the future, if you have several concerns, please ask reception for a double appointment so we can provide the time and attention each issue deserves. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact the practice manager. Thank you for understanding, and we’re sorry for any frustration you experienced.

  7. Review titled The worst…

Rated 1 star out of 5

Called the practice at 8am like they advise you to. I got through to them after 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone and they told me they'd call me back but never did even though my appointment reason was important and should have been taken seriously. I apparently failed to answer which was not the case. They do not care about their patience enough. I dont recommend!!

  8. Review titled Not worth it

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 13 March 2024

I have been struggling really bad with mental health and after a month of waiting for my appointment I finally get there and wait 30 minutes. When I express how important I need meditation I get told to wait for a phone call that never came. I am utterly disgusted and quite frankly appalled by their lack of urgency, it has now left me feeling like no one can help and even worse than what I was experiencing before asking for help. I would highly recommend switching as no one had cared over the last month to help me. So if you’re struggling bad you’re better off calling 111 than these guys
