  1. Review titled Worst doctor

Rated 2 stars out of 5

The doctors don't reply about your concern. I was asking for a blood test for cholesterol and then I told him about the pain in my lower tummy, and I was told that about the pain I have to call again reception and get another separate appointment for it. Is that normal? I was there talking to him, why he asked ma another appointment? I thought I need to change my GP. I am not happy at all. Could you please let me know how to change my doctor. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience. It is indeed frustrating when you feel your concerns are not adequately addressed. Sometimes, GPs need separate appointments to give each issue the attention it deserves. Here is some context regarding GP appointments. GPs are allocated 10 minutes per appointment. Within this time, they need to take your medical history, discuss findings, issue prescriptions and forms, make referrals, and document everything. This can be quite time-consuming. GPs will need separate appointments to give each issue the attention it deserves. To ensure fairness, we strive to be equitable with all our patients. Addressing multiple issues in a single appointment can also impact the waiting times for other patients. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. In the future, if you have several concerns, please ask reception for a double appointment so we can provide the time and attention each issue deserves. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact the practice manager. Thank you for understanding, and we’re sorry for any frustration you experienced.

  2. Review titled The worst…

Called the practice at 8am like they advise you to. I got through to them after 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone and they told me they'd call me back but never did even though my appointment reason was important and should have been taken seriously. I apparently failed to answer which was not the case. They do not care about their patience enough. I dont recommend!!

  3. Review titled Not worth it

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been struggling really bad with mental health and after a month of waiting for my appointment I finally get there and wait 30 minutes. When I express how important I need meditation I get told to wait for a phone call that never came. I am utterly disgusted and quite frankly appalled by their lack of urgency, it has now left me feeling like no one can help and even worse than what I was experiencing before asking for help. I would highly recommend switching as no one had cared over the last month to help me. So if you’re struggling bad you’re better off calling 111 than these guys

  4. Review titled Can’t get a appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

This morning I turned up at 8am to run in and make a appointment I was turned away due to them taking phone call appointments. Iv never known them to take walk in appointments at 9am but the doctor opens at 8am. There is no information online or at the Surgery stating this. They have always been a good Doctors but recently have gone downhill.

We are very sorry to hear that you are currently dissatisfied with our appointment system. Our appointment system is currently designed keeping all the public feedbacks in mind. This is also to avoid long queues in front of the surgery. For people with no access to telephone, we have online appointments example via e-consult. Also, patients can book next available appointments directly from the reception. If you think this appointment system can be made better then please contact the reception and we can arrange an appointment for you with the management, so as to listen to your suggestions and implement any better ways of appointment booking. We can assure you that we are trying everything to ensure our patients get a very best experience with our GP Surgery. Many thanks
