Review titled Awful GP. No care about patients.
Rated 1 star out of 5

If I could give here zero rating I absolutely would, I got an appointment for a face to face. Was greeted by this rude GP that honestly looked like he just wanted to go home and have a drink. This GP had no empathy what so ever and tried forcing answers out of me that I didn't have the answers to so because I was forced he probably recieved inaccurate information but he was not bothered as long as it was something to write down. For my first issue, I gave him my sypmtoms and he basically said I need to cut out things from my diet, a few months pass and I've not cut anything out and I feel absolutely fine and fresh so he was wrong. He referred me for a blood test which I never even received anything as little as a message to say everything was fine. My second issue, he referred me to a physio, which I thought was a little extreme considering he didn't even look at it or ask about it (I had to remind him). I was given exercises to do, of course I didn't do them and now my foot is fine. The third issue, I described my symptoms and I just got palmed off with a prescription for a cream that was for something completely different and I still have the issue today if not worse.

Review titled Go Elsewhere, this surgery does not care about its patients
Rated 1 star out of 5

Having been a patient since 1996 I have received a shocking service from this gp practice. The receptionist is rude and makes you feel like its your fault when the surgery messes up which is a monthly thing here. Meds are never correct, no follow up from tests or referrals. Be prepared to ring around 200 times before you get through. Its rare to get an appointment even for serious treatment. The online contact form is obsolete and no complaints are ever followed up on. Patients here often have to go to A&E for simple treatment which burdens your patients and the NHS

Review titled Rude and lazy staff
Rated 1 star out of 5

Arrived 5 minutes late and was told to sit down for my appointment then after waiting for 30 minutes a nurse comes out and complains loudly about wanting to go home then proceeds to tell me I cannot be seen as they have a 10 minute waiting policy. She then sent me on a 50 minute journey home with no remorse whatsoever. Would not recommend this clinic if you are simply expecting them to do their job.
