I recently attend the surgery for my Flu+Covid jab. The whole process from initial invitation via text to turning up on the day at the allotted time, was very straight forward and efficient. On the day the procedure was simple and both injections administered with little fuss in under 10 minutes. Thank you.

Had flu jab & Covid jab today. Extremely efficient set-up, was in and out in less than 10 mins. I do appreciate how the clinic is using technology - booking in online (at a time that is convenient for me!) and not having to wait on the phone, is so much more convenient.

I would just like to say how refreshing it is to now be registered with an efficient forward thinking superb practice. I work at the hospital and am lucky enough to experience a lot of GP practices and having been with an inefficient, unhelpful, distant, non-communicative practice for 30 years I bit the bullet and moved to what I believe to be the best of the best! Example, I have a number of life long dibilutating auto immune diseases and was terrified of moving however, I applied to Salisbury medical practice and was accepted, transferred and contacted with in a week! All my repeat prescriptions were transferred smoothly, I have just had my first set of bloods done on Wednesday this week and received a phone call to book me in for an appointment today Friday! This afternoon I’ve had another call querying a repeat prescription! The receptionist was so polite and thanked me for calling back so quickly as I’d missed the call, he sorted everything out seamlessly, just so impressed with this practice and every member of staff I have dealt with, thank you so much

Phoned at 8.30 am for a GP appointment regarding a non-urgent issue. Face to face appointment was arranged for 11am that same day. All staff were professional, efficient and personable throughout.

I rang the surgery to confirm medication. I went from caller 2 to 1 while waiting I decided to check the website. They close at about 6 this was at19:09. Why did it not say they were closed?

Very helpful receptionist got me a very quick appointment with a paramedic this morning. He took a great deal of trouble with me and of understanding my rather unusual illness, aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease He went through and explained exactly what I had to do and why very clearly. I was very impressed. Thank you

Having had a malignant melanoma excised following a referral by Salisbury Medical Practice, and a lipoma removed at Salisbury Medical Practice, when I noticed a lump on my hand and a growth under my arm I made an appointment to examine them. I was reluctant to use the online booking system but was mistaken as it proved simple and speedy. At my appointment the lump on my hand, a ganglion cyst, was promptly removed, and the seborrheic keratosis under my arm was frozen off. Staff were helpful and the Doctor was reassuring, efficient and skilled with a dry humour that again put me at ease, as it had when removing the lipoma earlier last year. Many thanks for the fuss free service.

The system of being able to request online, a non urgent appointment, is exceptionally good. My request completed online early morning resulted in an offer of a face to face within a few days with the doctor of my choice. The online request procedure is simple and easy to fill out. A vast improvement on the telephone.
