Very well run process from notification, booking dates and the actual vaccination. There was plenty of parking which was very convenient.

We were clearly directed where to go, people were ready to help us. The queue was short, we were in and out very quickly.

The flu vaccination clinic was very quick and efficient, it’s a shame that other things are not as good, ie: actually talking or a face to face appointment with a Dr, all this online business is not always easy for the older person.

Excellent set up with staff checking we had booked and then steady stream of people presenting arm for injection. Put at ease by vaccinator and effectively and efficiently administered.

Having my flu jab was done within the appointment time. No waiting at all and very caring. It was checked that I'd had no reaction to previous ones.

Notification of flu jab clinic,signing up for a slot were both straightforward. The actual visit to the clinic on Saturday morning was wonderfully efficient and swift.

I can not fault anything. Well organised, one way system in and out of the building. Various rooms were being used. A good and flowing system.

I had my flu jab a few days ago. Admittedly there weren't many people queuing but it was quick and seamless. I did have a reaxction though. That night I really strugglef to turn over in bed. I do have a painful knee and am elderly but have never experienced that before. I've been fine since.

Annual flu jab. Service was very efficient and quick with polite and courteous staff. Previous flu vaccines have caused no side effects but this time my arm became red, sore and swollen for 3 days at the site of injection. Literature does suggest these are possible and normal side effects but it was rather painful for those 3 days. However, it is still preferable to getting flu itself having had real flu once in my lifetime.
