Contrary to some reviews I have read, I have had very few issues with this surgery and would rate it quite highly compared to some I endured in London. The only issues I have had is with some of the admin staff who can at times be overly officious in their delivery of negative information. I have had a quadruple heart bypass leading to type 2 diabetes and the nurse there has been absolutely amazing and she has helped me alot both physically and mentally. So thankyou to her. And really folks you should try a few London surgeries where you get 0 calls returned, and no accurate medical notes. So try and work with it rather than against and accept the fact it is a flawed system.

I called as a concerned parent of my son and was told there is no available doctors or help The next telephone call we can have to be assessed is in eight weeks Truly awful the lack of care we are given when will things change When will the government give the funding needed so we can be seen and treated I don't know where to go it's very traumatic to go through our case as a parent and with zero help I dont think we can cope with this

Why can't this surgery provide repeat appointments for B12 injections.Trying to arrange this for someone over the age of 90 is infuriating.You can not book the appointment until 1 month before you are due to have it.They when you call for the appt they want to make a 90 year old travel to a surgery much further away. When my mother has turned up for her appts they have also turned her away saying she did not have one.Why are they so incompetent.These are not difficult things to resolve and to treat a 90 year old like this is disgraceful.

Doctor treats elderly , with no compassion, she is disabled and wants her to travel to the surgery which is impossible, makes unhelpful comments. Has upset her and been difficult with family members trying to assist. Really needs to adjust behaviour and be kinder to the elderly. It isn’t good enough.

Changed my appointment time without letting me know. Should have been 10:30. It was changed to 15:30. I’m lucky I have flexible working hours. The staff are rude, uncaring and disrespectful. Take calls and text while dealing with patients. I'm going to change ASAP. I don’t understand how they can offer such a poor service with no accountability.
