Receptionist was very friendly, smiling and professional. Saw nurse practitioner within 15 mins, again very personable and professional. Really quite comforting when you are not well

I was treated with respect and listened to by the nurse practitioner he was very thorough and kindness beyond words, reception staff were lovely and I would like to thank them all as am feeling much better, I honestly cannot praise them enough

My husband was involved in a motorcycle accident, we went to the walk in centre to get him checked over The receptionist was very helpful and we only had to wait about 40 mins until we were seen by a Doctor The doctor (Doctor k*** was fantastic, very friendly yet professional, examined my husband throughly and gave great advise Doctor k*** is a credit to the practice

I Called at the Fleetwood walk in Centre today 22/08/2024 at approximately 11 am with infected insect bites to my leg. Firstly saw the on duty Doctor who prescribed antibiotics for the problem and sent me to a Nurse in Room 4 to have a dressing replaced. Sadly I do not have the names of these 2 people but I have to commend them both for their wonderful manner and friendly attitude towards my wife and I . To put it bluntly I came away happy for having a medical problem. If it is at all possible I would like them to know how grateful I am for their assistance they certainly brightened my day. I attended today concerned following a fall and potential broken / bruised rib after being in lots of pain. The person I seen listened to my chest and said unless I am coughing up blood there is nothing she can do. No X-ray given, no advice/aftercare, just to go to hospital if things get worse. Waste of both my time and her time and the reason why hospitals are over run because same day clinics are incompetent!

on the 02/07/2024 my carer called the doctors due to me having a bad cough which had been keeping me awake for the last few days she was informed no appointments could be given and suggested go to the walk in centre in fleetwood which we did having discussed with a very polite receptionst i was given an appointment with some one to examine me i was shouted to go to room 5 while this person was still talking to one of her colleagues stating she would be in shortly it appeared that i was an inconveince cutting short her conversation eventually she came into the room with a curt attitude towards me and my carer i explained to her that i was a retired staff nurse sadly with a multitude of age related problems including diabetes my carer was cut short when she tried to explain obviously this individual had no people skills or time for older people definitly needs retraining in these areas

I asked for an appointemnt today for a minor issue. The lady I dealt with on the telephone was pleasant and helpful. I was given an appointment for that same afternoon and only had a 10 minute wait to be seen. The receptionist had a pleasant manner and asked me to wait. The nurse I saw was friendly, professional and reassuring and I could not have been more satisfied with the service. Thank you!!
