   Phoned at precisely 8.00a.m this morning.After 30 seconds was connected to option 1 only to be told that all appointments were gone for today. How can this be when you can't book advance appointments or book at the surgery. Prior to covid this was an exceptional practice but now it is not fit for purpose. It appears you have to be dead to get any response

   Wednesday I phone to leave message for GP, no...write a letter Thursday...texted to say you can't write a letter! I give up
