I called this morning and like always got a same morning GP appointment. My experience was good and I have been registered with them for more than 20 years and will never change them even though I live very far now. It is straight forward and easy to get an appointment and they look after me when I come. GPs are great and caring and staff hard working.

I have had a good experience with them for my health needs especially from the new pharmacists who managed to titrate my medications for health conditions. The Practice has been around for a long time appears to know it's patients well with a dedicated and compassionate team and good variety of clinicians, mostly able to treat and provide satisfactory services for most patients need. Good access to appointments and their new telephone system is great. My last few calls were answered in under a few minutes with the last one is just 49 seconds. No need to call early morning like other places and or re-directed to another centre as they will try their best to see you on site. Admin team is as good as can be and management very approachable should things go wrong. A good choice for most patients even those that live quite far as Clapham North Tube, High street is very nearby. All in all credit to the entire team.

I am so grateful to the doctor at this practice who has repeatedly followed up on my recent test results, arranging to refer me to a specialist today. I really appreciate her continuing, consistent care and attention, at a time when there is so much pressure on GPs. Thank you.

My experience of this practice is that staff listen and are kind and helpful. I was offered an appointment very soon after I called and the GP I saw today was extremely supportive and caring. Thank you all so much.

My whole experience with this practice today has been great - my call was answered quickly, I got an appointment the same day, the doctor I saw was helpful, supportive and seemed very well-informed. All the other members of staff I encountered were also helpful and pleasant. Thank you so much.

I've been a loyal patient at this practice since 2017, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with how things have been. The customer service has been consistently lackluster, and some of the staff members could use a crash course in politeness. It's disheartening to feel like they don't really care about our well-being. On top of that, the atmosphere of the place is anything but inviting. Unlike other GPs I've visited, it lacks that vibrant and welcoming vibe. It's like they forgot to flip the switch on the brightness dial. And don't even get me started on the appointment system. It's 2023, for crying out loud! Yet, the only way to book an appointment is through an old-fashioned phone call. It feels like we're stuck in a time warp. The services offered here feel a bit outdated too. It's like they haven't kept up with the times. We could definitely use a dash of something new and fresh to bring this place up to speed. After enduring all these frustrations for so long, I've finally decided it's time for a change. I'm on the hunt for a new healthcare provider that understands the importance of excellent service and staying current with the times. It's time to bid farewell to this GP and seek greener pastures.

Very help and considerate I also find that get very quickly no long waiting time. And you don't usually have to make an appointment as long as you are there with in the operating time of the surgery.
