Both the lady and male GP are just amazing. Seen both on few occasions and felt reassured in way my health has been managed. They have inspired me to self care and feel reassured this practice is so accessible now when I need it.

Spoke with Practice Manager today. Not met before appeared she was helping out on the desk and arranged a few bits for me. I expressed to her how the practice seems to have changed for the better. To ensure this is captured I said how amazing all her staff were from reception, GPs, protective nurse and HCA. Said I felt this place is really accessible now. Fab service every time I attend.

Excellent service with my appointment today. Staff were all professional and compassionate. I was able to collect my prescription immediately from the pharmacy next door. Faultless smooth service. Thank you for your hard work.

Wow what an eventful and stressful time we have experienced as a family recently. Thank you to this great practice for making these challenging times more bearable. We have been managed by this practice for years and the last 12 months there have been significant changes for the better. At all contacts which have been quite frequent to say the least from reception to administrative staff, GPs, practice nurse and HCA all have been truly fantastic. All staff just lovely approachable and professional. If you are looking for a GP practice that is accessible and puts your needs first in a timely and professional manor look no further this is the place to be. It’s such a shame we are not aloud to name individuals but a massive thank you to you all and please keep it up. The male GP demonstrates that old school family mentality. Whoever the new practice manager is what a turn around clearly someone with great leadership qualities.

Would like to pass comment where it is due. This practice has massively changed for the better in the last 12 months. All staff really lovely and approachable. This place is so accessible for appointments and great experience. GP both male and female are just fab. Reception staff so polite and approachable. Nurse and HCA really professional and puts you at ease. Clearly under new management who possess good leadership qualities. Keep it up ladies and gents.

Seen practice Nurse and HCA recently. Both really informative about my health condition. Shame cannot leave names but would highly recommend these two. Very professional. Put me at ease. Hate getting bloods taken but HCA took with ease and reassured throughout. Thanks ladies

I’ve had to visit a few times over the last few weeks and the receptionists were fantastic, very helpful and polite on the phone. Then when I went to see the doctor they were very helpful and he gave great advice. I felt very anxious on entering however I was quickly calmed down and they were very supportive. I also had two appointments very quickly.

Got an appointment within three hours of phoning and got seen by a doctor within five minutes after arriving. The Doctor was friendly and helpful.
