If you want a live example of how far the National Health Service has fallen, this is the place for you. Totally overrun surgery (you stand more chance of winning the lottery than of getting an appointment on the phone at 8am) with utterly indifferent receptionists and doctors who don't fulfil their callback duties. Do not, and I repeat, do not join this surgery. Go literally anywhere else. Ignore this advice and you will bitterly regret it. That is a guarantee. I was suffering for days and was fobbed off with the usual, "It's probably viral, sip fluids, take paracetamol." No wonder A & E is overrun.
