    The practice has introduced a new system where you have to make an appointment online. However, this isn't the problem. The problem is if you are not lucky enough to be able get into the booking system within about 10 minutes of it opening in the morning you have to wait and try all over again 24 hours later. If you call for help you don't get it. This is a rediculas system based on luck. Can this really be good for patients!!!

    Cannot get repeat prescription renewed as it need to be reviewed by a doctor. Impossible to get any appointments as I’m being told to check in the morning between 08:30 and 08:40. Without fail, the screen just says "no appointments" and staff refuses to help over the phone. Incredibly frustrating and I have no doubt dangerous for many who are trying to get appointments.

We have processes in place to ensure no patient is left without their medication, so I would be keen to look into this further for you so we can pin point where the process failed and ensure it does not happen again.     To be honest I'm not sure how to begin this review because it seems that everything regarding help for your illness or condition is blocked in one way or another it's almost impossible to speak to a doctor or clinician & the difficulty in obtaining help is unbelievable you could literally die while awaiting help , I'm sure that every doctor is busy but push buttons & phone options are not the way to treat the sick . When you are unwell & unable to move very far being sick you don't expect to be advised to go to a walk in centre for help when you have just explained you can't move .
