Called to get an appointment for my 2 year old, everyone was so helpful and caring! Never had a bad experience at this practice and everyone is always so willing to help! Thank you to everyone at Saxonbrook Medical who are working so hard to make a difference!

As someone who is needle phobic I find blood tests very challenging and usually need to lie down with 2 people helping me. The 2 nurse practitioners were very caring and calmed me down while carrying out their professional duties. The whole experience was made so much easier for me due to their warm and comforting attitudes. Due to my positive experience,I will certainly return to Saxonbrook for blood tests in the future.
