I have recently contacted this Practices to ask for a call from the practices manager to discuss a particular issue to be told i need to put my comp in to writing i was hoping this could be delta with without registering a comp it seems they don't want to listen to there patients. In all my 58 years at the surgery i have never made a comp it seems a shame to have to do so now. But if this is what they want who am i to disagree.

My Son has just had his 3rd appointment with the Respiratory Nurse. Professional, thorough and polite. All the staff are always helpful. Thank you!

Once again I had a very positive experience at Schoolacre Surgery, to be honest I personally don't ever remember experiencing a bad one. The reception staff are always welcoming, polite and curteous and I can't fault the medical advice and treatment that I've received over the past eight and a half years since joining the practice. I feel safe with the medical staff who all give the impression that they genuinely care, understand and are prepared to listen; and though appointment length may be limited as they are with all practices I've never felt rushed. I just wish to take this opportunity to thank you all.
