   Poor care received when I was very unwell, refused to see me, the triage did not prioritise me resulting in and admission to hospital via a&e. DrJames sends generic responses and did not look at me in a holistic manner. Delaying my referral to secondary services, resulting in me being very unwell. Do no not recommend
