   They might as well not exist. You call up, wait in a queue, get told one of the following: It’s not urgent enough - go away It’s urgent enough but we‘re “too busy” - go to the urgent treatment centre It’s too urgent - go to A&E Got more than one medical problem? Tough, we will only talk to you about 1 thing per appointment, so see you in 2 months! Got a mental health issue? We don’t deal with that, call the crisis team and get ghosted. What exactly do you do at this surgery? I and a few other patients have put our heads together and we can’t work it out.
