   Extremely rude staff who all seem to be in urgent need of retraining in how to communicate with other human beings. Constantly treated like they have the most important job in the world and that us as patients/service users are impeeding them at any use of the service. You shouldn't be forced to feel uncomfortable and anxious when contacting your GP/Prescription service, it should be the opposite. GP is always empty but they always treat you like you're holding them up, maybe so they can get back to chatting and drinking tea. Sort your service out.
