Because I couldn't get any further on the Anima website, it told me to ring the surgery. So, on the 23 Feb 2024 I rang 01912980901 at 9.58. I was waiting on the line for 1hr 23 mins 10secs. I know this as Ive just seen my telephone bill. That call cost me £6.00 which I’m so annoyed about. I have since tried to book a blood test and once again the Anima website took me round in circles unable to fulfil a seemingly easy request, and eventually once again it told me to ring the surgery which I am so reluctant to do. I am looking into changing to another practice which I really shouldn’t and don’t want to do.

Told by the receptionist I was 'lucky' to be offered an appointment for 13 days from the time of my call. My only alternative was to call back every single morning to see if any new appointments were available. Not an option for those of us that actually have a job to do. Disgraceful attitude of telephone staff and a terrible system for procuring an appointment.
