I needed a blood test asap and was fitted in at short notice by very helpful staff. Phlebotomist was very skilled at taking bloods. Didn't feel a thing. Excellent.

I highly recommend this surgery and mainly due to the wonderful Dr French. A very kind, caring, doctor, who listens and is so thorough in helping with the health issues of his patient. You never feel like you are with your GP, and they are thinking ‘ok who’s next?’ Dr French is present with your issue the whole time. Many of my family members commented on how much they valued DR French’s professionalism but more importantly his human side, and I absolutely agree. Doctors, nurses, etc are overwhelmined at the moment, and many patients feel they have no compassion or will not go above and beyond for them. Dr French, however, is an absolute credit to this surgery, and the medical profession. He does go above and beyond to help his patients. Thank you so very much. The receptionist today was so lovely and helpful too.

Had appointment today with a student dr. He was so thorough, friendly and helpful. Showed me on the computer screen the area we were discussing and fully explained how that part worked. He ensured he had done all he could before calling in a senior dr to confirm his thoughts. Wasn’t rushed and enjoyed conversation whilst waiting on senior dr. He will make a charming dr, I wish him well. I was given an appointment for physio tomorrow…great treatment..

Very efficient practice with good communication, good GP’s and very sensible. Wait time is short and they try to accommodate you time-wise.

My early morning phone-call was answered immediately and my request to see a Doctor was arranged for that same morning. The Doctor was very friendly and after listening to my problems, arranged for various tests to be taken with a 2nd appointment, in a week.
