I went in for a 30 minute check up with the nurse. She was very informative and helpful. She answered my questions and reassured me. Credit to the nhs. Highly recommended

Recent treatment blood tests carried out efficiently and kindly.Recommended by Doctor who followed the results up very quickly and put me at my ease. Have been with this surgery since 1961 and have never had cause to complain. From Nurses Receptionists and Doctors have always been treated with respect and kindness.

This surgery has deteriorated beyond comprehension! My son has a telephone triage appointment as now the surgery doesn’t give face to face appointments. Received a text to say doctors will call by 4pm even though followed their protocol of calling at 8am. No call till after 6pm and doctor hanged up. No call back and reception closed! My child an innocent child has been neglected by people who took an oath to protect other people! And everyone wonders why we people in need rely on other outside of hours services because this surgery is an example of just failing GP services! Will be looking for alternatives asap!

Today I had a GP appointment at 8.10am, Sent for X-ray at Epsom Hospital at 9am(I went straight there from the surgery.) Home by 10am! Very impressed with that.

Tried to make an appointment and was told to phone back at 8 am in a few days , because they have no doctors ...really poor. So I guess I'll just stay in pain and hope they might be more help then .

The service has really deteriorated since covid. The appointment system is appalling - why have they stopped the online booking? If you have a mental issue, this is not the practice to go to. The bedside manner of the doctors leaves a lot to be desired. There is no list of doctors on the web so it would be helpful to know who they are and when they are on duty. The only time I have had a positive experience is when I have seen a trainee doctor face to face. They have been thorough and very caring which is how it should be.

Arranged an X-ray through the surgery for a swollen and painful hand. X-ray at hospital went well. After 3 weeks called the surgery for results. Waited 1 hour 20 minutes to be told by a surly receptionist that no appointments available to discuss, doctors on strike following week and nothing wrong on X-ray although hand still swollen and sore.

I have been a customer of this practice for a few years now. I must say that the whole experience is great. The receptionists are always ready to help and really care about you. The doctors are amazing too! They are so kind and helpful and really care. My family and I are very grateful to this great practice . Thank you
