I was feeling quite unwell on Thursday 02.01.2025 so made an appointment the following day Friday 03.01.2025 at 9.20 am. I saw the Doctor who I informed of severe pain in the stomach. The Doctor checked my BP which was extremely low. He also took a urine sample. Upon checking he immediately phoned the hospital to get a bed organised. He said I had a severe kidney infection. Subsequently I was admitted within the hour. The hospital immediately put me on anti biotic, did a ct scan followed by a procedure on my kidney. The quick decisive action by the doctor most certainly saved my life.

The staff are very rude and there is only the odd one or two that actually care. The receptionist thing so big of themselves and I always feel like it’s an argument than a normal conversation with them. Getting an appointment is very hard in a morning and have to beg for one and make your self feel worse by really explaining yourself and acctually feeling sorry for yourself by the end of it just to be told no appointment available. When you try to order a prescription the receptionist act like you are making them pay for it out of their own pocket.
