Have nothing but praises for this nurse at shanti medical centre and the service I received from reception . Met with a warm smile on arrival polite and efficient. The nurse who took my bloods was a very caring careful and very very polite, Warm , welcoming and put me at ease straight away . Hate taking bloods as I am quite slim . This was the best experience I’ve had taking bloods. A very beautiful ,caring , kind hearted nurse. 10 out of 10 for me . Can not fault any part of this lady’s service . Would have no problems taking bloods again From this nurse . I didn’t feel anything at all . Hope this nurse stays at shanti And the service stays this way .

Great service from the lovely nurse. Was seen on time, blood test was done very gently and quickly. she put me at ease and made what would normally be an uncomfortable experience very easy and pain free.

The nurse was very good at explaining things and at her job She did email me feel ease for doing smear test so booked my test

Came in today to see nurse Sarah,You treated me like I was as important as a family member. You truly care for your patients and it shows. I appreciate all that you did for me.

I arrived early (8-50am)for a 9am appointment, the person seeing me arrived at 9-01am, i then had to wait until 9-15am before being called, i was there 1st appointment, if i had been late no doubt appointment would of been cancelled, reception staff were great ,the surgery was clean and empty??
