The Doctor's, Nurse's and Receptionist's at Sheen Lane Health Centre have always provided Exceptionally Swift Professional and Caring Medical Support to me with Immediate referrals to Kingston Hospital if required. I recently had three medical situations requiring fairly urgent action and from seeing my G.P. to an appointment at Kingston Hospital appoint has either been 13 or 14 days, which is Incredibly impressive. All the Doctor's are very knowledgeable and Compassionate with a Great Sense of Purpose to make you better as soon as possible. All the Nurses are Absolutely Wonderful and have a Gentle Calming way about them when taking blood samples, dressing a wound or removing sutures. The Receptionists are another Marvellous Staff group who support the practice with their Helpfulness and Warm Friendly Welcome. They are all my 'NHS Heroes' and I like to take them a tin of 'Heroes Chocolates' as small Thank You for their Exceptional work. Evan

It seems I cannot mention names. However, the practitioner that I saw this morning was very caring, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough examination. I was nicely surprised. Keep up the good work.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the new nurse I feel I must! She was so thorough and professional with me and I feel so grateful she has joined the surgery . I was nervous when the last nurse left. I went in for one thing but she was happy to address other issues and actively encouraged me to ask questions. I feel I have received truly personalised care and will be asking her again in future. Please make sure she stays as she is a credit to your surgery, especially as the NHS has had such a difficult time recently. Patients do still value you!
