Very professional, great, friendly staff and excellent care and concern. They caught my cancer tumour at an early stage for which I shall be forever grateful.

They look after me very well and very kind and listen to me very well and understand my problems .all the staffs well come you take to Very politely. My problem was resolved very well I would give 5 stars

I wanted to share that one of the nurses at the surgery made me feel very comfortable and informed during my regular smear test. She was very kind, gave clear information and advice about what to expect from the results, and when to consult a doctor for any concerns. I would encourage women who are of screening age to make sure they get their smear test, it really was an absolutely fine experience.

The nurse I saw was very kind and made me feel comfortable. I was very nervous for this appointment but the nurse talked me through the process, reassured me and answered my questions

I damaged the toes on my right foot and rang for advice. The excellent receptionist asked for details of the damage and immediately booked an appointment with a nurse at the practice for the afternoon on the same day. I attended and the nurse cleaned and dressed the wounds and booked 5 follow-up appointments. So treatment ongoing but foot healing well. I have nothing but praise for all the staff at the practice they are a credit to the NHS.

I’m not sure anyone relishes having either a blood test or a smear, but this lovely nurse made both as easy and as comfortable as possible. I’m very impressed with such an amazing skill set and great technique. Big thank you and hope everyone is as lucky as me to be booked in under their clinic.

After leaving my A&E discharge letter at my surgery, I was called by a very pleasant receptionist to arrange a GP follow-up appointment. My GP was thorough, listened to my concerns and was very informative. My GP also called me the following day to check on my progress. I have been under the care of Sheet Street Surgery for many years and have always had the highest regard for both the surgery and it’s staff.
