Our most recent health emergency was supported once again by a Doctor at our surgery,who took excellent immediate action that ensured the necessary care was received at A and E. My husbands ongoing health issues are promptly and sensitively handled, by the whole team. This provides huge reassurance at a time when a patient needs it most thereby minimising anxiety at what can often be a very stressful time for the patient and their family. The staff at the practice, from the receptionists through to the nurses and doctors have a sensitive caring manner. We are extremely grateful for the excellent care we have received over the years.

Had a inguinal hernia diagnosis today. I do not attend Sheet St surgery very often - perhaps once every 12-18 months. Today everything was working very efficiently. The waiting room had around 4 people in it and, arriving at the right time, I was able to go straight into see the doctor I had asked to see. Nice, clean, bright building with good consulting rooms. Diagnosis and treatment advice (my hernia does not warrant surgery at this time) was quick and crystal clear. I got what I needed which was confirmation of my condition and received advice and recommendations about how to prevent it getting worse. Also what to do if it does get worse. Was also offered my next prescription, emailed to the pharmacy, which was helpful. Felt like a modern consultation with a top-quality GP and courteous support staff. The practice stands out to me for the quality and the caring nature of its doctors, nurses and support staff. I have always felt "listened to" by well-qualified people and I've always been able to get help for the health problems I have had. Satisfied and appreciative patient.

My appointment was on time, the Dr made time to listen to me and explained what he was going to do thoroughly. I left with no unanswered questions & I got the care I needed. I was also informed about the time frame for results & how I would receive them.

I was called by a practice nurse as part of a follow up for recent treatment. It was good speaking to her, it gave me the opportunity to raise a couple if concerns - she was able to reassure me and book some further specialist appointments which will hopefully be very helpful to me going forward. I'd like to say thank you very much to the nurse and thank you Sheet Street Surgery.

I was treated with kindness and respect by the GP at my last visit, she was the first in a long time that actually showed and interest in me, almost like the good old days of a GP Surgery, rather than just shoving you out the door. Long may this kind of service continue at the practice, NHS take note and give the GPs more time with us, we are not just slabs of meat on a conveyor belt! Thanks Sheet Street and Dr S (her)

On July 11th, I developed an issue for which I needed urgent medical advice. Responsive helpful admin staff and excellent care from the medical staff initiated a remedy. I recommend Sheet Street Surgery without any reservation.

My Dr is an outstanding general practitioner and very supportive of me and makes himself available when I need him. The staff at the reception ate friendly and efficient. The five main nurses are also really supportive and timely. The prescription service works well though it could be quicker. Ideally.

Saw my Doctor for a routine GP appointment I found my GP charming and very professional. He gave me a thorough examination and reassured me of my condition. I feel very privileged to be registered with such a excellent practice and GP.
