My GP, nurse and reception team have been fantastic. NHS is very problematic and annoying lately. But everyone I have seen at Sheet Street have been very quick and efficient. They rushed thing for me and stood up for me. Fantastic! Nothing but positive things to say! Thank you to the surgery!

I very efficient straight to the point diagnosed my problem and dealt with it straight away, After explaining the procedure in great detail, So I felt reassured and comforted by his professionalism and knowledge. I felt totally at ease throughout the whole experience.

The practice has been the great for my asthma. I have annual asthma reviews which I haven’t been offered at other practices. The nurse was very knowledgable and took the time to explain things in detail. I learnt more from my most recent appointment than I have in the 20+ years I’ve had asthma.

Our most recent health emergency was supported once again by a Doctor at our surgery,who took excellent immediate action that ensured the necessary care was received at A and E. My husbands ongoing health issues are promptly and sensitively handled, by the whole team. This provides huge reassurance at a time when a patient needs it most thereby minimising anxiety at what can often be a very stressful time for the patient and their family. The staff at the practice, from the receptionists through to the nurses and doctors have a sensitive caring manner. We are extremely grateful for the excellent care we have received over the years.

Had a inguinal hernia diagnosis today. I do not attend Sheet St surgery very often - perhaps once every 12-18 months. Today everything was working very efficiently. The waiting room had around 4 people in it and, arriving at the right time, I was able to go straight into see the doctor I had asked to see. Nice, clean, bright building with good consulting rooms. Diagnosis and treatment advice (my hernia does not warrant surgery at this time) was quick and crystal clear. I got what I needed which was confirmation of my condition and received advice and recommendations about how to prevent it getting worse. Also what to do if it does get worse. Was also offered my next prescription, emailed to the pharmacy, which was helpful. Felt like a modern consultation with a top-quality GP and courteous support staff. The practice stands out to me for the quality and the caring nature of its doctors, nurses and support staff. I have always felt "listened to" by well-qualified people and I've always been able to get help for the health problems I have had. Satisfied and appreciative patient.

Great experience, used the e- consult option, great service . Within 2 hours had a telephone call asking us to attend the surgery for a face to face consultation. Saw the Dr. Who was fantastic did a thorough examination and explained everything clearly and easy for us to understand. We left feeling very reassured . Would definitely recommend the e- consult method of contacting the surgery. It saved us having to wait on the phone, and we got a quick reply. Have used this service before and it has saved my a trip to the surgery

My appointment was on time, the Dr made time to listen to me and explained what he was going to do thoroughly. I left with no unanswered questions & I got the care I needed. I was also informed about the time frame for results & how I would receive them.
