I had an appointment with the nurse. The whole experience from booking the appointment to receiving the treatment was a pleasant experience. I was treated with dignity and respect, and received an Service.

My GP was very patient listening to my concerns. His advice was very thorough and professional. I felt very well taken care of. He also assisted me with accessing extra information that I needed. He is always extremely kind, caring and professional.

I understand that I am asked to comment on my own experience of the whole of nhs in one specific situation. I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 3 years ago and I have only praise for the many situations I have had. About 5 years ago I had my appendix removed. Apparently my appendix was not located where it would normally be. Instead it was hidden behind other organs. The surgents did everything they could to avoid major surgery but kept looking till then had found it, and removed it by key hole surgery. They certainly went the extra mile.

I would like to say that the care I have recieved recently has been excellent, the Gp involved in my care was fast acting, informative and extremely understanding. His quick actions had me seen in A&E, admitted within 2hrs where I recieved outstanding care. The Gp has followed up with me today as did the practice receptionist. Feeling very thankful that we are fortunate enough to have such a great surgery!

My experience of my appointment was excellent. The doctor was caring and understanding. As a practice I find all the staff and doctors extremely polite and professional. They are very supportive to me and I really appreciate their kind help. Thank you for being there for us.

I had some concerns that I wanted investigating and the blood test was booked quickly and the results took a few days and the doctor phoned me personally to explain.

Sheet street surgery have been excellent in helping manage my epilepsy. They were fast to respond when I needed to change my medication and this was very reassuring.

The dictor I saw was a kind person. Very pleasant and helpful. I felt well informed on the tests he suggested. The reception team are very helpful.
