My son had a problem for which he used to have a recurrent prescription. Since we joined this practice we were asked to attend a consultation for a new prescription to be issued. We attended the consultation and got our prescription as expected. When the medicine run out and we requested another prescription they again told us to attend a consultation. It seems like for them the notion of "recurrent" prescription does not say much. We have to leave our jobs and all commitments we have to attend the practice simply to issue a prescription.

Dear Evangelos We are working continuously to improve patient satisfaction in all areas of the practice and we are disappointed that you feel that the service we provide is not at the standard you expected. Our prescription process does require patients to come in and have a medication review so that we can review patients status whilst using certain medications. This process is to ensure that patients recieve the best care possible. We now have practice pharmacists working within the practice.
