    Can call for appointments any more unless emergency when you call the waiting time is mad my prescription has been stopped for some unknown reason can't get hold of anyone

    Dear Scott, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry you feel we could do better. We have a reporting system on our telephone service. I can see you have phoned us on one occasion in the last week after we closed. Our opening hours are 8.30 to 18.30. I am pleased to say our average call queue time was 3 mins and 28 seconds today. During our opening hours, you can contact us by completing an eConsult from our surgery website. Out of hours, you can contact us using the contact page on your website. Our website address is www.shephallhealthcentre.co.uk. This is not the best way of contacting the practice for clinical matters, but I can see our in-house pharmacy has contacted you. You would not be able to request your repeat medication online if a medication review is required. I appreciate this is frustrating for patients, but essential for prescribing safely.     Having a worrying set of test results, the surgery have seen me very quickly and processed my referral for further investigation on a 2week wait basis, and eased my anxiety in a professional manor.

    I completed an E-consult form (which is easy once you've done it previously) and the form allows the doctors reviewing it to ascertain how urgently you need to see a doctor. In my case I was invited to a face to face appointment the following morning

    30+ minutes on hold, as caller number 1 in the queue... I know surgery staff care about patients but contacting the surgery via an online form does not work for everyone.

    The service delivery during my family visit to the Shephall Surgery was excellent. I went for a diabetic test which was done well. My son's review for physiotherapy was great. thereby leaving us with a great customer experience. I recommend this Surgery to other would be users.
