Can not get an appointment very poor. After being in constant pain for over a year with admittance to hospital, pleading and begging for appointments and help, online systems say they are appointments with the one decent doctor but can't be booked. All that seems to be offered is telephone appointments who the nice Doctor who doesn't do very much to help you. Now I have a suspected cancer diagnosis and I can't book a face to face, mentally I'm struggling physically and constant pain, the receptionists one in particular who has been there a very long time, is so rude uncaring just plain nasty. She doesn't understand the people have anxiety and tend to get upset when they keep saying book online and you just can't. Feel so let down. I have been the over 35 years and it has just gotten worse and worse. I would leave if they didn't know my medical history so well. I just pray things get better and they are able to one day employ caring staff and better Doctor's. I really only have faith and one doctor there who always helps reassure others. Sadly impossible to get a face to face. I would not recommend registering here if you want to get treated.

The admin team and GP are very unhelpful. It took me months to register and book an appointment just to be given a phone number to call which was incorrect. I have now spent months chasing up the correct phone number.

Cannot get an appointment, phone consultation is near impossible and when told a time window it’s always never at the time stated. I know the GP’s are at their wits end, but what about the patients???

This surgery used to be fantastic and I was a patient for many years. However, since the pandemic nearly all face to face appointments have stopped. You have to have a phone consultation first (if they even ring which sometimes they don’t) and then following that the earliest appointment they could give me was in four weeks time. I explained I am 35 weeks pregnant and shouldn’t have to wait that long for an appointment however this was to no avail. I was told I could have an appointment sooner at a neighboring surgery instead which I agreed to only to discover upon arrival that the appointment was never made. Shambles. I have had to transfer surgery.
