    I've got Plantar Fascitis & big toe Arthritis in same foot. To do exercises for Plantar I need injections for both at the same time due to pain. Dr gave me an injection for Plantar on 29th May and told me to tell reception on way out to book me in again for following wk for Arthritis injection . Receptionist said she will sort it and get back to me. I then a Text from Practice for an appointment on 8th July meaning I can't do exercises for 5 wks !!. Despite 3 calls to Practice I can't get the Appointment I desperately need so I can do the Plantar exercises meaning 5wks pain free Plantar cannot be utilized and the benefits of the Plantar infection only lasts 12wks . Not impressed at all 😒

    Had appointment, yesterday, very pleased. Doctor good reception staff friendly thankyou, waited a week for appointment but not an emergency so good service.

    my daughter suffers from anxiety and we went to see a private allergist and paediatrician for some help he did some blood test which we paid for privately, his report was dated 4 april which he posted to the gp on that date in the report it suggested the gp prescribe some medication as follows 1. Fluoxetine oral 20 mg once daily in the morning for 2 months 2. invita d3 oral 50,000 units once a week for 6 weeks; then repeat vit d after 2 months 3. propranolol oral 40 mg stat as required for situational anxiety 4. over the counter multivitamins to continue daily for 1 year (wellwoman or haliborange brand) we have not received anything from the gp , so i emailed the GP on 3 may to the email address it gives you on this site as there appears to be no email address on the website of the gp. on the same day we went in late that afternoon to see a doctor freeman about possible tonsillitis ,we mentioned the report and gave her a paper copy she said she would talk to a colleague and come back to us that was the 3 may its now the 10 may , i have again emailed the doctors this morning and again nothing so thats why i am posting this review . this is to say the least not good can somebody come back to us. john rye

    Waited 5 wks for my Appointment only for the Drs Surgery to cancel it 2 days beforehand and tell me they can't give me a revised date. Totally unacceptable !!!

    For the 4th time now I've tried to make an appointment but can't get one unless it's an emergency. I don't need an emergency appointment, I can wait but there is no way to book future appointments unless you are lucky enough to get in the queue at 8am in the morning. This practice is wasting vast amount of time and money by not using a simple booking system.

The healthcare system is under a significant strain at the moment and we are having to allocate our appointment availability slightly differently right now to accommodate for this. We do hope to be able to return to increased routine capacity as winter pressures ease.     Can never get a bookable appointment so conditions get worse and end up an emergency instead. Even getting an emergency appointment is like pulling teeth. Told to ring back at certain times when appointments open which is OK for doleys but not for people who work.

    Had a med review where a blood test was ordered, tried to rearrange the appointment and the receptionist refused to book as she couldn't see the note. I've told them 3 times about my issues I'm having that are concerning me and nothing has been done. Mentioned again Monday and told to discuss it with the nurse. I turned up for an appointment this morning that was booked physically at reception only to find out they'd booked it for the wrong month so yet again my issues are left. Don't come to this surgery if you expect organisation and compassion

    I have had a lower back problem for about a year now and have had some significant and at times extreme pain for which I continue to take medication. I would like to express my thanks to all of the GP's, Clinicians, Physiotherapists plus Admin staff for their interest, concern and kindness. A face to face consultation has not always been needed and telephone consultations have been an advantage to myself as the patient and I am sure the clinicians and public facing staff who still have to protect themselves re Covid etc. Thank you.
