A very friendly and excellently run practice. Receptionists and all staff very helpful and know me personally. Most consultations by phone with a wait for the call, but anything at all urgent gets dealt with immediately. The doctor I see knows me well, and when something potentially worrying happened he saw me the next morning and got me in for a hospital checkup the next working day. I feel very lucky to be with this practice.

My GP Practice at Shirland Medical is excellent. They are very kind and helpful. They listen to you as well, and are very good with emergency and same day appointments. I am very happy to be with Shirland Medical. Thank you.

Our family has needed to use this practice for a variety of reasons over the last few months. Without fail the service has been exceptional. From the first contact with the very professional and pleasant receptionists through to either a face to face visit or telephone conversation with one of the doctors - even when an urgent same day appointment has been necessary. I cannot speak highly enough of the service our family has received. Thank you Shirland Medical, you are amazing!
