    I always find the staff helpful and the doctors listen and help to there best ability. They are very good at doing any follow ups and making sure all other departments Ie. Hospital etc are as quick as needed.

    My wife and I have been with this Practice for 13 years. During this time we have had reason to visit the surgery, or request home service, on numerous occasions. We have a designated family doctor but are able to consult any other doctor in the Practice, which we have done when necessary. Thank you to all doctors, practice nurses and others who have given us great service and care all these years. Presently we have a friend, from Yorkshire, , staying with us who has suffered a reoccurrence of a water infection. Her own doctor declined to send her an electronic prescription because she was “out of area “. Thankfully our surgery acted promptly and enrolled her as a temporary patient. One of our doctors then used the NHS computer system to review her medical file, sent an electronic prescription to our local pharmacy and enabled us to collect the necessary antibiotic pills within less than two hours. That’s what you call 5* Service. That’s the service we are used to. Medical Trusts in North East Yorkshire should take note.

I am so pleased to hear that you are very happy with the medical care provided by all of our clinicians, I will be sure to pass on your kind comments onto all the GP's involved in your care. I am also pleased to hear we were able to assist your friend that was visiting and do hope she is feeling much better now. My team here at Heatherview Medical Centre and the team across all of Shore Medical work very hard to ensure that they provide the best service and level of care to all our patients.     Did an on.line request this morning had a very quick response from them and doctor who I spoke to was very nice. My problem was sorted out. Thank you for all yourhelp
