Used on line service & was called within minutes of submitting to offer an appointment in 15 minutes. I met a lovely Doctor who was extremely easy to talk to and very thorough.

Had a steroid injection today and know painful it was administered well, the Dr noticed a mole on my leg and made an immediate referral to check if cancerous this was above and beyond his duty thank you

Dr gave a steroid injection today painless but above and beyond noticed a mole and reffered me to get it checked out extremely pleased with his care and duty

Having attentended 2 appointments in the past 3 weeks the attention given was first class and follow up excellent. The last time l was seen the doctor rang the hospital personally and insisted that l wait until he had confirmed my appointment this took a while as most things do at hospitals l was his last appointment and he could have sent me away to do this myself l arrived at hospital and had been booked in.Many Thanks to Lilliput and all the staff.

I logged an urgent condition on Klinik and received a phone call that day. First, I spoke with a medical student who had a great phone manner and asked me lots of questions. Following that, I had a phone call from the GP who was super. The GP then organised some tests which I had the next day and then rang the following day. I was reassured that everything was normal and he explained about a single beat that occurred that was quite common but offered a further check if I wanted it. I am very happy with the quick, efficient and friendliness of all staff.

Ive been unable to attend the surgery because of an injury the staff who dealt with my call were brilliant, demonstrated a very caring response and had a wonderfully flexible approach to getting my treatment to me. Thank you so nuch. A very positive experience at a time of difficulty

My GP has been so proactive and supportive regarding my recent condition. I haven't had such a positive GP experience for many years! I've had consultations, follow-ups, blood tests and examinations all within a very short timeframe. The doctor has been incredibly supportive and explained everything very clearly. Thank you.

On Monday March 11th at 09.45 I submitted the Klinik form online requesting help. Within 10 minutes the 'All encompassing' form had been read and the surgery contacted me to arrange an appointment with a doctor. I missed the call but as I was ringing them back they rang me again to say I could have an appointment at 10.30. I attended the appointment. The young lady doctor who I saw was fantastic. She checked my blood pressure, prescribed antibiotics and also medication to help lower my blood pressure. She booked blood tests and an ECG with the practice nurse the following day. She referred me to Poole Hospital for a Chest X-ray - which was done the day after that, last Wednesday morning and she booked another appointment to see her at 1.30 last Friday to review my blood pressure, blood test and ECG results. All the medication the doctor prescribed has worked! She even suggested a good book worth reading which can help with dealing with the pressures of everyday life that can cause stress and high blood pressure. In summary, an absolutely superb service was provided by the doctor and her colleagues at Lilliput surgery for which I am very grateful.
